Operations work for freight brokers, without the extra hires.

Freight runs on flow: quote requests, load offers, tracking updates, and the papers that follow every load. The work arrives continuously, and much of it does not wait for business hours — a smaller brokerage cannot staff a night shift to keep status current. None of it is discretionary, so it gets done late, by whoever is closest to it. Overnight quotes get opened the next morning, in arrival order, and the day starts behind.

Where the routine sits

  • Quote and load requests that arrive by email and form and get worked one at a time.
  • Tracking updates and status requests that do not stop at the end of the day.
  • Papers that arrive per load and need to be filed against the right record.
  • Recurring reporting assembled from the systems you already run.

Two building blocks fit this work

Lead-Scoutqualify and route inbound leads without a person opening each one. It parses the inbound signals from email and forms, scores them against your qualification contract, and routes the ones that fit to the right owner.

Report-Pipelinescheduled telemetry and digest reporting to Slack or email. It aggregates the telemetry from each run on schedule, builds the digest from signed data, and sends a pass or fail status.

Both run against your system of record. Your data stays where it is — the pipeline writes back to the systems you already use.

How it runs

  1. Auditone fixed-scope week that maps where the quote, tracking, and document work actually goes.
  2. Build — the process is instrumented into a defined step graph with output contracts.
  3. Run — it operates on a schedule with telemetry, or is handed to your team after handover.
FAQAnswers

Frequently asked

Do we have to replace our TMS?

No. The pipelines run against your system of record. Data stays in the systems you already use, and the pipeline writes back to them; every run is recorded so you can see what was read, written, and when.

Can it cover the overnight window?

The pipeline runs on a schedule, so status work does not depend on someone being awake for it. When a quote or a document needs judgment — a rate, an exception, a claim — it is routed to a person with the reason recorded.

What happens to a quote that falls outside your rules?

It is blocked and routed to the right owner instead of guessed at. The pipeline acts inside its output contract, and everything else goes to a human with the reason logged against the record.
