A plain-language privacy notice.

Opsyl is an operating venture of Atlanor Holdings L.L.C., a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit opsyl.io or get in touch with us.

We use Google Analytics 4 (a service of Google LLC) to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> and assigns your browser a pseudonymous client identifier. This produces pseudonymous usage statistics and conversion events — for example when a visitor starts or submits a form. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party trackers, or cross-site tracking.

When you submit a form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, and message. We also record limited technical context — the page URL, the referring page, and, if you arrived through a campaign, campaign parameters such as UTM tags or Google click identifiers (for example gclid). That context stays in your browser's local storage (key opsyl_attr_v1) and is sent with your submission so we can attribute the inquiry. Our drift-watch signup additionally collects the contact you provide — an email address or a webhook URL — together with the company you ask us to track.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to scope an engagement. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Information you submit is delivered to our email inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. It is also stored in our internal lead-intake system and in databases we operate, and drift-watch signups are forwarded to an internal operator channel for review. Our systems run on infrastructure provided by Hostinger and are served through Cloudflare. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for operation and security. We also keep rate-limit records that include IP addresses, to protect the site against abuse. Attribution context (such as campaign parameters and click identifiers) is held in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, until a form is submitted.

We share data only as needed to run our services, and only with these categories of recipients: Google (analytics), Resend (email delivery), Hostinger and Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, and security), and our internal tooling for handling inquiries and leads, including the internal operator channel named above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
