SERVICESCustom + Managed Service

You don't have to understand it. We build and run it.

For Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams, Opsyl can take the workflow from process to production without asking you to configure an agent. Custom is a project; managed is the operation.

SVC-01

Custom

A project scope, built to a process. We instrument one workflow end-to-end and hand you a pipeline you can run.

  • Built to your system of record
  • Guardrails matched to your process
  • You own and run it after handoff
SVC-02

Managed service

We build and operate it ongoing. Your team sees outcomes while Opsyl runs the pipeline, telemetry, and escalations.

  • Ongoing pipeline operation
  • Failures route to the right human
  • Published SLOs and shared control plane
FAQAnswers

Frequently asked

Custom build or managed service — which one do I need?

Custom is a project: we instrument one workflow end-to-end and hand you a pipeline you can run. Managed is the operation: we build it and keep running it. If nobody on your side would own a pipeline day to day, take managed. If you have ops capacity, take custom.

Do you replace my team?

No. We take the repeatable work off it — the routing, re-keying, status chasing, and handoffs. The people stay and work on the cases that need judgment.

What do you need from me before kickoff?

Access to the process as it actually runs, the systems it touches, and one person who knows the edge cases. That is what turns a documented process into a working one.

How is "done" defined on a custom build?

The pipeline runs in production against your system of record, every output passes its contract before it writes, and you receive handover documentation. Then you own and run it.
