What this covers

This page explains how you can delete the data that the Meta app "Opsyl Social Connector" (App ID 3506294672882945) has stored for you. The app connects Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts to a self-hosted social media instance (Postiz) at social-eu.opsyl.io. The instance runs on EU infrastructure. The connector lets you plan and publish posts to your own Pages and accounts from one place. The app works with the Pages and accounts that you connect yourself, and only with those. Your use of the app is also governed by our terms.

What we store

When you use the app, we store a small set of data. This list shows the full set:

• Access tokens for the connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
• The identifiers and names of the connected Pages and accounts
• The posts and images that you create in the planner
• The email address of the instance account

How to delete your data

You can use any of these three ways. Each one works on its own.

1. Remove the app in Facebook. Open Settings and Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove "Opsyl Social Connector". After this step, the access tokens become invalid.
2. Disconnect the channel in the instance. Open Integrations and disconnect the channel in question. This deletes the stored tokens.
3. Send an informal email to [email protected]. Tell us that you want all data stored for your account to be deleted. You do not need a special form.

What happens after a request

When we receive your request, we confirm it. We delete the affected data within 30 days. The deletion covers tokens, identifiers, and planned posts. This applies to the data listed in "What we store" above. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
